Effective Date: February 20, 2026 | Last Updated: February 20, 2026
1. Introduction
This Ambassador Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“Ambassador,” “you,” or “your”) and VA Claims Academy LLC, doing business as EasyVAClaims (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in the EasyVAClaims Ambassador Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
The Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new customers to EasyVAClaims through your unique referral link. This is a single-tier affiliate program — you earn commissions only on sales you directly refer. There are no levels, tiers, downlines, or recruitment bonuses.
2. Enrollment and Eligibility
2.1 Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be a legal resident of the United States.
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Agree to and comply with all terms of this Agreement.
2.2 Acceptance
Enrollment in the Program is subject to our approval. We reserve the right to reject any application or terminate any Ambassador account at our sole discretion, with or without cause.
2.3 Account
You will receive access to a personal Ambassador dashboard upon acceptance. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Commission Structure
3.1 Commission Rates
Ambassadors earn the following commissions on qualifying sales made through their unique referral link:
| Product | Commission Rate | Type |
|---|---|---|
| Forms Package ($97 one-time) | 35% ($33.95 per sale) | One-time |
| Rating Shield ($19.99/month) | 25% ($5.00 per month) | Recurring, for the life of the subscription |
3.2 Qualifying Sales
A “qualifying sale” is a completed purchase made by a new customer who:
- Clicked your unique referral link within the last 60 days (the “cookie window”).
- Has not previously been referred by another Ambassador.
- Has not previously been a paying customer of EasyVAClaims.
- Completed payment in full without initiating a chargeback or refund within the refund period.
3.3 Payouts
- Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, approximately 30 days after the end of the calendar month in which the commission was earned (“Net-30”).
- The minimum payout threshold is $50.00. If your earned commissions are below this threshold, they will roll over to the next payment period.
- Payouts are processed via PayPal or direct deposit (where available).
- You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any taxes owed on your commission income.
3.4 Refunds and Chargebacks
If a customer you referred requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your account. If a deduction results in a negative balance, the amount will be offset against future commissions.
4. Ambassador Obligations and Rules of Conduct
4.1 FTC Disclosure Requirement (Mandatory)
You MUST clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to EasyVAClaims in ALL promotional content. This is required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255).
Acceptable disclosure examples include:
- “I earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”
- “Affiliate link — I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.”
- “#ad #affiliate”
- “This post contains affiliate links.”
The disclosure must be:
- Clear and unambiguous — do not bury it in fine print or behind a “see more” link.
- Placed before or near the affiliate link — not at the bottom of a long post.
- In the same medium as the endorsement — if you make a video, the disclosure must be in the video, not just in the description.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
As an Ambassador, you are strictly prohibited from:
- Making income guarantees. You may share your own honest experience, but you may NOT promise specific income amounts to potential ambassadors or customers.
- Impersonating a VA representative, claims agent, VSO, or attorney. EasyVAClaims is an educational software tool. You are a marketing affiliate, not a claims professional.
- Providing legal or claims advice. You may describe what the EasyVAClaims tool does, but you may NOT advise veterans on the merits of their specific claims.
- Making false or misleading claims about EasyVAClaims, its features, its pricing, or its relationship with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
- Using spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive marketing practices to promote your referral link.
- Bidding on branded keywords (e.g., “EasyVAClaims”) in paid search advertising without prior written approval.
- Self-referrals. You may not use your own referral link to purchase products for yourself.
- Cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any other form of artificial or fraudulent traffic generation.
4.3 Approved Marketing Channels
You are encouraged to promote EasyVAClaims through:
- Personal social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Personal blog or website
- Email to your own, organically built email list
- Word of mouth and in-person conversations
- Veteran community groups and forums (with appropriate disclosure)
- Video content (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels)
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, brand assets, and marketing materials provided by EasyVAClaims remain the exclusive property of VA Claims Academy LLC. Your license to use these materials is limited to your participation in the Program and terminates immediately upon your departure from the Program.
6. Disclaimer of Relationship
Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and EasyVAClaims. You are an independent contractor and are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
EasyVAClaims shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
8.1 By You
You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by contacting us or deactivating your Ambassador account. You will receive payment for any earned and unpaid commissions that meet the minimum payout threshold.
8.2 By Us
We may terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to the email address associated with your account. Grounds for immediate termination include, but are not limited to:
- Violation of any term of this Agreement.
- Fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Conduct that damages the reputation of EasyVAClaims or the veteran community.
- Inactivity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.
Upon termination for cause, we reserve the right to withhold any unpaid commissions.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement, the commission structure, or any aspect of the Program at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Ambassador dashboard. Your continued participation in the Program after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and EasyVAClaims regarding the Program and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
By enrolling in the EasyVAClaims Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
EasyVAClaims is operated by VA Claims Academy LLC. EasyVAClaims is not an accredited agent, VSO, or attorney and is not affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs. We are a technology company that provides educational tools and resources to assist veterans in preparing their own claims.
