VA just made major changes to how they rate insomnia claims in 2024. In this video, I break down exactly what changed and how veterans can still get insomnia service connected as its own primary condition, despite the new rules.

The key is using the right language in your nexus letter. I go through my top level Nexus Letter template package word-by-word to show you exactly what to say to prove insomnia is directly related to service, even if you have other conditions. If worded properly, you can rule out other causes and establish insomnia as a standalone condition eligible for direct service connection.

Don't let these VA changes stop you from getting the insomnia rating you deserve. Watch this video to learn how to build a winning claim with an airtight nexus letter.
