1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using EasyVAClaims, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
EasyVAClaims is an educational document preparation tool designed to help veterans organize information for VA disability claims. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
3. No Legal or Medical Advice
This service does not provide legal, medical, or professional advice. The information and tools provided are for educational purposes only. You should consult with qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
EasyVAClaims provides tools to help you prepare your VA disability claim. We do not guarantee that your claim will be approved, nor do we guarantee any specific rating or benefit amount. The Department of Veterans Affairs makes all final decisions regarding disability claims. Our Money-Back Guarantee (see Section 7) applies only to documentable form or formatting errors caused by our platform, not to claim outcomes.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide. You are also responsible for reviewing all generated documents before submission to the VA.
6. What You Are Paying For
Your payment of $299 is for a one-time license to access our premium claim preparation tools, including the Personal Statement Builder, Buddy Statement Builder, Clarity & Compliance Check, Evidence Summary Report, and Ready-to-Submit Document Package. This fee is not contingent on the outcome of your VA claim.
7. Money-Back Guarantee
EasyVAClaims offers a conditional money-back guarantee for our Complete Claim Package.
7.1 Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund of your $299 purchase if the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) rejects or returns your claim submission due to a form error or formatting error that was caused by the EasyVAClaims platform.
7.2 Required Documentation
To request a refund, you must provide official VA correspondence (such as a letter, notice, or decision) that specifically identifies a form error or formatting issue as the reason for rejection. The error must be attributable to documents generated by EasyVAClaims.
7.3 Exclusions
This guarantee does not apply to:
- Claims denied based on the merits (e.g., insufficient evidence, lack of service connection)
- Claims rejected due to information you failed to provide or entered incorrectly
- Claims rejected due to modifications you made to documents after downloading
- Claims rejected for reasons unrelated to form formatting
- Requests submitted more than 90 days after your purchase date
7.4 How to Request a Refund
Email support@easyvaclaims.com with the subject line "Money-Back Guarantee Request." Include:
- Your order number
- The email address used for purchase
- A copy of the VA correspondence documenting the form error
We will review your request and respond within 10 business days.
7.5 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
7.6 Limitation
This guarantee may be used once per customer.
